I need some help. Shortly after having a rear tire mounted, I noticed the rear (hydraulic) brake on my HD sometimes seemed to drag when I backed the bike up. Over about two weeks it happened more and more often until now it occurs every time. The brake works fine and doesn't drag when moving forward, only back. The pads are original equipment with 40,000 miles and the mechanic who mounted the tire said they should be last through this summer but should be replaced next spring.
Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it? Any and all suggestions are welcome.
